By far the best customer service you will get from any dealership out there. I would like to thank Randy "The Sheriff" for all the help he was in the process of us choosing a truck. They will all treat you like family and that is no joke. The day I purchased the truck I decided to take it on a load, it was a Friday. Long story short, I had some problems that night, the engine light turned on. I was thinking the worse, that I had signed a "sold as is" paper and I was screwed. I messaged Randy that night and he told me to bring it back and they would take a look at it first thing that Monday. It was a DPF problem and an oil sensor, which we should understand they are used equipment and even new trucks will have problems off the lot. They all were so kind on giving me updates and treating me like at home. I didn't have to worry about any kind of expense and the truck was done that same day. Since that day, almost 3 months already, I have not had ONE issue. I am in the process of buying another truck and I'm sure Randy "The Sheriff" will make that sale happen.
